Ass Kickers United sells brand merchandise, and owns a high altitude training camp for athletes looking to train at high elevation (9,500ft) in the central Rocky Mountains of Colorado. The principles and training techniques of Ass Kickers United are based on the training style introduced by Rocky Balboa in the 1980's classic film Rocky IV. This style of training has been used by professional boxers, olympic athletes and regular people to take their training to the next level.
